The invention provides an anti-seepage leveling device based on a column bottom and a construction process. The anti-seepage leveling device comprises an anti-leakage leveling device which is integrally and fixedly mounted at the top of a lower foundation of a column foundation; an upper induction conjunction block is installed on the leakage-proof leveling device through a steel bar jig frame in a supporting mode, and a column foundation cast-in-place induction module is arranged in the upper induction conjunction block. A column bottom repairing module is fixedly mounted at the top of the upper sensing conjunction block, the whole column bottom repairing module is in a square box shape, the two ends of the column bottom repairing module are open, a fixing plate is reserved at the lower end of the column bottom repairing module, and an upper slurry screening layer, a middle slurry screening layer and a lower slurry screening layer are arranged in the column bottom repairing module; and the periphery of the boundary of the lower slurry screening layer is provided with a slurry stopping port. According to the device, defects and cracks generated on the surface of the column bottom during column body pouring and voids and pitted surfaces on the ground of a station are effectively avoided, the process that the bottom of the column body needs to be repaired again is effectively avoided, and meanwhile, compared with other pouring processes, column body bottom pouring is more compact, and defects are not prone to occurring.
本发明提供了一种基于柱底防渗整平的装置及施工工艺,包括防漏整平装置,防漏整平装置整体固定安装在柱基下部基础的顶部;所述防漏整平装置上通过钢筋胎架支撑安装有上部感应契合块,上部感应契合块的内部设置有柱基现浇感应模块;所述上部感应契合块的顶部固定安装有柱底修复模块,所述柱底修复模块整体呈方盒状两端开口,下端留有固定板,柱底修复模块内部置有上、中、下三层浆液分筛层;位于下层的浆液分筛层边界四周留有浆液终止口。此装置有效避免了浇筑柱体时柱底表面产生的缺陷,裂缝以及驻地地面出现的蜂窝麻面,有效避免了需要对柱体底部再次复修的过程,同时达到比其他浇筑工艺柱体底部浇筑更加密实,不易出现缺陷。
