Lossless protecting and repairing method for wooden roof
The invention discloses a lossless protection and repair method for a wooden roof. The method comprises the steps that damage information of the roof is rapidly and accurately determined in a lossless detection mode; repairing the damaged roof based on the determined roof damage information; the repair is one or more of beam/column local cracking along wood grains repair, worm-eaten decayed beam repair, wood beam head corrosion repair, beam breaking and cracking repair and column repair. According to the method, a disease part, a disease path and a damage degree are rapidly, rapidly and accurately determined by utilizing an infrared and ultrasonic combined nondestructive testing technology, the repair efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved, and a scientific basis is provided for in-situ nondestructive repair. In-situ lossless/micro-damage repair is carried out on wood components with different diseases such as cracking, breakage and decaying by adopting modern technologies such as carbon fiber cloth, carbon fiber ribs and epoxy resin and a traditional process, and the original style and appearance and structural stability of a building are greatly reserved.
