The valve oil ports on the main valve group and the standby valve group are respectively connected with the main valve oil cylinder valve group and the standby valve oil cylinder valve group, and main and standby elements are arranged in the hydraulic system, so that the normal operation of the hoist system can be ensured when the element at any position breaks down, and the smoothness of a water transportation channel is ensured.
