The invention relates to the technical field of bridge detection, in particular to a bridge crack detection device which comprises a fixed shaft, a telescopic mechanism, an orientation plate, an adjusting mechanism and a displacement meter, the fixed shaft is arranged in the middle of a crack and is perpendicular to the plane where the crack is located, the telescopic mechanism is arranged on the fixed shaft, and the fixed shaft is located in the middle of the telescopic mechanism; the telescopic mechanism extends in the radial direction of the fixing shaft and can be inserted into the crack to abut against the two side faces in the width direction of the crack, and the orientation plate is rotationally arranged on the fixing shaft around the axis of the fixing shaft. Through cooperative arrangement of the telescopic mechanism and the crack, compared with an installation mode that an existing displacement meter punches holes in the two sides of the crack, the bridge crack detection device can shorten the distance between two installation points, so that the two installation points are located in the crack to be detected; and a detection result error caused by a new crack between the mounting point and the crack to be detected is avoided.
