Compared with the prior art, the ceramic tile cutting device has the advantages that when the first electric telescopic rod is stretched, the saw blade is started to cut ceramic tile gaps, after the saw blade finishes cutting, the first electric telescopic rod is started to contract, and the heating mechanism is arranged on the saw blade; and in the contraction process, the warping plate can be overturned downwards into a cut gap under the action of a hinge seat and a sliding hinge groove, then the electric telescopic rod II is started to enable the warping plate to rotate, and the warping plate can automatically move downwards in the upward moving process of the saw blade, so that the disassembly efficiency of the ceramic tiles is greatly improved, and large-area disassembly of the ceramic tiles is facilitated.
本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,公开了一种瓷砖拆卸的切割装置,包括装置转运机构,所述装置转运机构一侧设有装置框体,所述装置框体内设有间距调节机构,间距调节机构两端均设有轨迹延长机构,轨迹延长机构上设有切割翘起机构,两个所述切割翘起机构之间设有传动机构,传动机构上设有加热机构,本发明与现有技术相比优点在于:在伸开电动伸缩杆一时启动锯片对瓷砖缝隙进行切割,当锯片切割完毕后启动电动伸缩杆一收缩,收缩过程中翘板会在铰接座与滑动铰接槽作用下向下翻转至切割后的缝隙内,之后启动电动伸缩杆二使得翘板得以旋转,并且在锯片上移的过程中可使翘板自动下移,大大提升了瓷砖的拆卸效率,有利于瓷砖大面积的拆卸。
