The invention provides a method for rapidly preparing compact aluminum phosphate ceramic at low temperature, which comprises the following steps: respectively weighing aluminum phosphate powder and 3-6wt.% of sintering aid yttrium oxide powder, and carrying out dry mixing and uniform mixing by using an acoustic resonance mixer to obtain primarily mixed powder; sieving the obtained primarily mixed powder with a 200-mesh sieve to obtain mixed powder; and putting the mixed powder into a graphite mold, and sintering the graphite mold in a discharge plasma sintering furnace to obtain the compact aluminum phosphate ceramic. The problem that the aluminum phosphate ceramic is difficult to sinter is solved by adding a small amount of sintering aid, low-temperature rapid densification of the aluminum phosphate ceramic is realized by combining a discharge plasma sintering technology, and the relative density of the compact aluminum phosphate ceramic prepared by the method can reach 97%.
本发明提供了一种低温快速制备致密磷酸铝陶瓷的方法,其步骤如下:分别称量磷酸铝粉体和3‑6wt.%的烧结助剂氧化钇粉体,使用声学共振混合仪进行干法混料并混合均匀,得到初混粉体;将得到的所述初混粉体后过200目筛,得到混合粉体;将所述混合粉体装入石墨模具后置于放电等离子体烧结炉中烧结,得到致密磷酸铝陶瓷。本发明通过过添加少量烧结助剂解决了磷酸铝陶瓷难烧结的问题,同时结合放电等离子体烧结技术实现了磷酸铝陶瓷的低温快速致密化,本发明制备的致密磷酸铝陶瓷的相对密度可达到97%。
