The invention discloses a preparation method of an yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic green body and an yttria-stabilized zirconia toughened alumina ceramic green body, and relates to the technical field of ceramic green body forming. According to the technical scheme, yttria-stabilized zirconia powder is used as a raw material, a water-based dispersing agent containing carboxylate radicals is added, and water-based ceramic slurry with the volume solid content larger than 40% is prepared; measuring the rheological property of the water-based ceramic slurry, and stopping ball milling when the viscosity of the water-based ceramic slurry at the shear rate of 100/s is greater than 0.9 Pa.s and less than 1 Pa.s; and filtering, degassing, injecting into a mold, sealing, standing for 24-48 hours, and drying to obtain the yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic green body. Yttrium ions generated by hydration of yttrium oxide in the zirconium oxide powder and carboxylate radicals in the water-based dispersing agent are used for crosslinking, slurry curing is achieved, other curing agents do not need to be added, the method is non-toxic and harmless, and a prepared ceramic body is complete and free of deformation or cracks.
本发明公开了氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷坯体及氧化钇稳定氧化锆增韧氧化铝陶瓷坯体的制备方法,涉及陶瓷坯体成型技术领域。其技术方案为:以氧化钇稳定氧化锆粉体为原料,添加含羧酸根的水基分散剂,制备体积固含量>40%的水基陶瓷浆料;测量水基陶瓷浆料流变性,当0.9Pa·s<水基陶瓷浆料在100/s的剪切速率下的粘度<1Pa·s时,停止球磨;过滤和脱气,注入模具,密封放置24‑48h后干燥,即得氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷坯体。本发明利用氧化锆粉体中的氧化钇水化产生的钇离子与水基分散剂中的羧酸根交联,实现浆料的固化,无需添加其它固化剂,无毒无害,且制备的陶瓷坯体完整,没有变形或裂纹。
