The invention relates to a large-field-strain lead-free piezoelectric ceramic material, a piezoelectric ceramic bending brake, a preparation method and application. The general formula of lead-free piezoelectric ceramic is (1-x-y) (K0. 5Na0. 5) Nb (1-x) O (3-x) (BNbO3), wherein B is selected from Ca, Sr or Ba, the value range of x is 0.01-0.04, and the value range of y is 0-0.02. Compared with the prior art, novel electric bending deformation different from a traditional piezoelectric mode is achieved, and therefore larger displacement output of piezoelectric ceramics is achieved; the situation that displacement output is insufficient in some current piezoelectric driving application occasions is made up, and the problem that the electrostrictive strain value is limited in actual application of materials is solved. Through the display of some applications, a new visual angle is provided for the electrically induced bending deformation of the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic, and a new idea is provided for the development of a piezoelectric actuator.
本发明涉及一种大场致应变无铅压电陶瓷材料、压电陶瓷弯曲制动器及制备方法和应用,所述无铅压电陶瓷的通式为(1‑x‑y)(K0.5Na0.5)Nb1‑xO3‑x(BNbO3);其中B选自Ca、Sr或Ba,x的取值范围为0.01~0.04,y的取值范围为0~0.02。与现有技术相比,本发明实现了不同于传统压电模式的新型电致弯曲形变,从而实现了压电陶瓷更大的位移输出;弥补了当前一些压电驱动应用场合下位移输出不足的情况,突破了材料在实际应用中往往存在的电致应变值有限的问题。通过一些应用的展示,为无铅压电陶瓷的电致弯曲变形提供了新的视角,也为压电驱动器的开发提供了新的思路。
