The invention discloses a method for preparing an in-situ SiC-high-entropy ceramic anti-ablation composite coating by a one-step method, the composite coating takes SiC as a transition layer and (Ti Zr Hf Ta) X as a high-entropy ceramic anti-ablation coating, and X is B or C. The composite coating is prepared by sintering by a one-step method, so that the reaction time is greatly shortened; the prepared composite coating has high-temperature ablation resistance and high density, and a new thought is provided for preparation of the high-entropy ceramic ablation-resistant coating.
