The invention discloses a method for preparing a high-quality refractory material from secondary aluminum ash. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out wet grinding on the secondary aluminum ash to obtain ball-milled slurry; adding an alkaline solution into the ball-milled slurry for alkaline leaching, slowly reducing the pH value of the alkaline-leached slurry to be neutral, filtering to obtain filter residues and filtrate, drying and pre-roasting the filter residues to obtain a refractory material raw material, and performing compression molding to obtain a green body; and roasting the green body at high temperature to obtain the high-quality refractory material. According to the method, the high-quality refractory material is prepared through ball milling, alkaline leaching and in-situ precipitation, conversion of all components in the secondary aluminum ash to the high-quality refractory material is achieved under the condition that no additive exists, basically no solid waste is generated, the method has the advantages of being high in efficiency, small in pollution and low in cost, and recycling and high-value utilization of the secondary aluminum ash can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种二次铝灰制备高品质耐火材料的方法,包括:先将二次铝灰湿磨得球磨浆料;向球磨浆料中加入碱溶液进行碱浸,缓慢降低碱浸浆料的pH至中性,过滤,得滤渣和滤液,滤渣烘干,预焙烧得耐火材料原料,压制成型,得坯体;将坯体高温焙烧,得高品质耐火材料。本发明采用球磨‑碱浸‑原位沉淀制备高品质耐火材料,在无添加剂的情况下实现二次铝灰中全组分向高品质耐火材料的转化,基本无固体废料产生,具有效率高、污染小、成本低的优势,可实现二次铝灰的资源化和高值化利用。
