Modified aromatic polyoxadiazole film as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of high-thermal-conductivity artificial graphite films, in particular to a modified aromatic polyoxadiazole film and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that dicarboxyl monomers, inorganic filler and hydrazonium salt are stirred in fuming sulfuric acid and subjected to heating condensation polymerization, an end-capping reagent is added, and modified aromatic polyoxadiazole polymerization liquid is obtained; the dicarboxyl monomer at least comprises terephthalic acid and 4, 4 '-(phenyl imino) dibenzoic acid; carrying out defoaming treatment on the modified aromatic polyoxadiazole polymer liquid, and then extruding through a casting extrusion mold; cooling the extruded modified aromatic polyoxadiazole polymer liquid on a quenching roller, and sequentially carrying out coagulating bath, water washing, alkali washing and water washing to obtain an acid-free wet film; the acid-free wet film is subjected to stretching, drying and heat setting, and the modified aromatic polyoxadiazole film is obtained. When the modified aromatic polyoxadiazole film is graphitized, the crystallinity and orientation degree of the film can be improved, and the heat-conducting property is improved.
本发明涉及高导热人工石墨膜技术领域,具体涉及一种改性芳香族聚噁二唑薄膜及制备方法和应用,所述制备方法为:将二羧基单体、无机填料和肼盐在发烟硫酸中进行搅拌、升温缩聚,并加入封端剂,得到改性芳香族聚噁二唑聚合液;所述二羧基单体至少包括对苯二甲酸和4,4'‑(苯基亚氨基)二苯甲酸;将改性芳香族聚噁二唑聚合液脱泡处理后经流延挤出模具挤出;挤出后的改性芳香族聚噁二唑聚合液在急冷辊上冷却,再依次经过凝固浴、水洗、碱洗、水洗后得到无酸湿态薄膜;所述无酸湿态薄膜经拉伸、烘干、热定型,得到改性芳香族聚噁二唑薄膜。改性芳香族聚噁二唑薄膜在石墨化时可提高其结晶度和取向度,增加导热性能。
