The invention provides an intelligent box girder bridge rainwater collecting and spraying device and an implementation method thereof. The intelligent box girder bridge rainwater collecting and spraying device comprises a bridge box girder section, a water collecting pipe, a water storage tank, a water guide pipe, a spraying device, a water level monitoring device in the water storage tank, a rainwater filtering device, an underground water storage device, an intelligent comprehensive control box and an underground water level monitoring device. Rainwater collected on a bridge floor flows to the rainwater filtering device and then is collected to the water storage tank through the water collecting pipe, and when the water level monitoring device in the water storage tank monitors that the water storage tank is full of water, the intelligent comprehensive control box stores the water to the underground water storage device. When a water level monitoring device in the water storage tank monitors that the water storage tank lacks water, the intelligent comprehensive control box pumps water in the underground water storage device to supplement water to the water storage tank so as to meet the spraying requirement. The intelligent comprehensive control box controls the spraying device to take water from the water storage tank according to the obtained weather condition and a preset spraying plan, and then the lawn is irrigated to carry out road dust falling.
