The underwater main pier is dismantled through a mechanical breaking method, a continuous steel sheet pile cofferdam does not need to be arranged on the periphery of the main pier, the construction time can be effectively shortened, occupation of a navigation channel is reduced, and the method is suitable for the special conditions that the navigation channel of an inland river is not suitable for being occupied for a long time.
