The invention relates to the technical field of foundation treatment, in particular to a soft soil composite foundation construction method of a geopolymer mixing pile combined drainage sand drain. Comprising the following steps: preparing a geopolymer grouting material; setting the distance, depth and strength of the drainage sand well and the mixing pile according to construction design requirements, and drawing a plan; the method comprises the following steps: punching a round sand well into a soft soil layer, filling a filler into a guide pipe by utilizing a vibration pipe sinking method, lifting the guide pipe at the position of the round sand well, and forming a vertical drainage sand well along with the lifting of the guide pipe; the drainage sand wells are arranged in a regular triangle manner; the geopolymer grouting material is added into a soft soil stratum in the center of a drainage sand drain through a wet spraying method, the geopolymer grouting material and soft soil are fully mixed, and a geopolymer stirring pile is obtained after the geopolymer grouting material and the soft soil are stirred to be uniform; and a mattress layer composed of medium-coarse sand is laid on the upper portion of the soft soil layer and tamped to medium density, and the soft soil composite foundation is obtained. The method has the advantages of environment-friendly materials, reduction of construction cost, good foundation solidification effect and high bearing capacity.
本发明涉及地基处理技术领域,具体涉及一种地聚合物搅拌桩联合排水砂井的软土复合地基施工方法。包括:制备地聚合物注浆材料;根据施工设计要求设定排水砂井和搅拌桩的间距、深度及强度,并绘制平面图;在软土地层中打入圆状砂井,利用震动沉管法在导管内灌入填充物,在圆状砂井位置提升导管,随导管的提升形成竖向排水砂井;排水砂井呈正三角形方式排布;采用湿喷法将所述地聚合物注浆材料加入排水砂井中心位置的软土地层中,使所述地聚合物注浆材料与软土充分混合,搅拌均匀后得到地聚合物搅拌桩;在软土地层上部铺设由中粗砂组成的褥垫层,并夯实到中密,得到软土复合地基。优点在于:材料环保,降低施工成本,地基固化效果好、承载能力强。
