The invention relates to a construction method of a pebble bed three-axis cement-soil mixing pile waterproof curtain, which comprises the following steps of: S1, extending a drill rod of a long spiral drilling machine to be positioned above a first support pile point position, confirming the perpendicularity of the drill rod, and ensuring that the perpendicularity of a formed hole meets design specifications and requirements; s2, sequentially and downwards forming holes to the top position of the pebble bed, the bottom position of the pebble bed and a target position 0.5 m below the designed elevation of the curtain through a long spiral drilling machine; soil pouring is conducted when the soil reaches the top position, the bottom position and the target position; the long spiral drilling machine is withdrawn from the point position of the support pile, and the hole forming operation of the next point position of the support pile is carried out; and S3, drilling slag formed by first-time soil pouring is backfilled into the pile hole to the top position of the pebble bed. The conditions of drill jamming, drill burying and drill failure of a follow-up three-shaft mixing pile machine are avoided, and the problem that the three-shaft pile forming length is not enough due to the fact that part of pebbles collapse and accumulate at the hole bottom due to underground water flowing after hole forming can be solved.
本发明涉及一种卵石层三轴水泥土搅拌桩止水帷幕的施工方法,包括步骤:S1、将长螺旋钻机的钻杆伸出位于首个支护桩点位的上方,确认钻杆垂直度,确保成孔垂直度满足设计规范和要求;S2、通过长螺旋钻机依次向下成孔至卵石层的顶部位置、卵石层的底部位置以及帷幕设计标高以下0.5m的目标位置;且到达顶部位置、底部位置以及目标位置时分别进行倒土;长螺旋钻机撤离该支护桩点位,进行下一支护桩点位的成孔作业;S3、将第一次倒土形成的钻渣回填进桩孔内,回填至卵石层的顶部位置。避免了后续三轴搅拌桩机出现卡钻、埋钻、无法下钻的情况,且能够解决成孔后部分卵石由于地下水流动造成孔壁坍塌堆积孔底,造成三轴成桩长度不够的问题。
