Precast pile clamp
The precast pile clamp comprises a pile clamping frame, a pile clamping cavity is formed in the pile clamping frame in the axis direction of the pile clamping frame in a penetrating mode, a plurality of pile clamping mechanisms distributed at intervals are arranged in the pile clamping cavity, each pile clamping mechanism comprises an oil cylinder, and an inclined face is arranged in the pile clamping cavity; the inclined faces are distributed in the axis direction of the pile clamping frame, one end of each inclined face inclines towards one side of the central axis of the pile clamping frame, the oil cylinders are distributed above the inclined faces, first wedge-shaped blocks are hinged to the output ends of the oil cylinders, bodies of the oil cylinders are hinged to the pile clamping frame, and clamping positions capable of clamping precast piles are formed among the first wedge-shaped blocks. The size of the clamping position is changed by controlling the first wedge-shaped block to reciprocate on the inclined face through the oil cylinder. The prefabricated pile clamp designed by the invention is suitable for clamping prefabricated piles of different specifications and types, and the potential safety hazards of displacement, inclination and even falling of the prefabricated piles are avoided.
本发明涉及预制桩夹具,包括夹桩架,夹桩架内沿夹桩架轴线方向贯穿有夹桩腔,夹桩腔内设有若干组相互间隔分布的夹桩机构,夹桩机构包括油缸,夹桩腔内设有斜面,斜面沿夹桩架轴线方向分布且斜面的一端朝向夹桩架的中心轴线一侧倾斜,油缸分布于斜面的上方,油缸的输出端铰接有第一楔形块,油缸的本体铰接于夹桩架上,若干组第一楔形块之间形成有可装夹预制桩的装夹位,油缸通过控制第一楔形块在斜面上往复移动实现改变装夹位的大小。本发明设计的预制桩夹具,适应不同规格类型的预制桩的装夹,避免了预制桩移位、倾斜甚至脱落的安全隐患。
