An electric detection and automatic water replenishing device for a floor drain comprises a lifting pump, a water conveying pipe, a control module and a probe. The lifting pump is arranged in the closestool water tank and is suitable for pumping water from the closestool water tank; the control module is electrically connected with the lifting pump and can control opening and closing of the lifting pump. One end of the water delivery pipe is communicated with the lift pump, and the other end is communicated with a trap of the floor drain to be replenished with water and can deliver water to the trap; the probe is arranged in the floor drain, is suitable for measuring the water level of the trap of the floor drain, and is electrically connected with the control module; by means of the arrangement, the water level of the trap can be detected, water can be automatically supplemented to the water seal, and the problems that in the living process, the trap cannot reach the gas blocking height, and bacteria, odor and insects in a pipeline can invade into a room are solved.
