The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary ware, in particular to a spraying rod device, an intelligent cover plate and an intelligent pedestal pan. The spraying rod device comprises a support, a driving assembly, a spraying rod body and a movable baffle. The driving assembly is arranged at the first end of the support. A slideway is formed in the support, the spraying rod body is slidably arranged in the slideway, the first end of the spraying rod body is connected with the driving assembly, and at least a bidet washing hole and a hip washing hole are formed in the second end of the spraying rod body. The movable baffle is connected to the spray rod body in a sliding mode and suitable for moving relative to the spray rod body so that the second end of the movable baffle and the bidet hole can be switched between the opening state and the shielding state. In the shielding state, the bidet washing hole is separated from the hip washing hole; in the opening state, the bidet hole is exposed out of the spray rod main body. According to the spray rod device, the bidet hole is only opened when the bidet function is performed, and is always shielded when other functions are performed, so that the cleanliness of the bidet hole is effectively ensured.
