The invention discloses a friction pendulum seismic mitigation and isolation support structure which comprises an upper support fixedly arranged at the bottom of an upper structure of a building structure, an upper friction face formed at the bottom of the upper support, and an upper sealing ring arranged outside the upper support in a sleeving mode; the lower support is fixedly arranged at the top of the lower structure of the building structure, a lower friction surface is formed at the top of the lower support, the lower friction surface and the upper friction surface are oppositely arranged, the lower support is sleeved with a lower sealing ring, and the lower sealing ring is connected to the upper sealing ring in a sealed mode; the spherical crown body is arranged between the lower friction surface and the upper friction surface in a sliding manner; the first damper is hinged to the upper sealing ring and the bottom of the upper structure; the second damper is hinged to the top of the lower sealing ring and the top of the lower structure; the third damper is hinged to the outer edges of the spherical crown body and the upper friction surface; and the fourth damper is hinged to the upper support and the lower support. The problems that when an existing friction pendulum seismic mitigation and isolation support and an existing seismic mitigation and isolation supporting structure are large in amplitude, dislocation is prone to occurring, and a friction pendulum cannot return are solved.
