The invention provides a construction method of an assembly type building structure, which comprises the steps that a prefabricated structural member is manufactured in a factory or a construction site, and the prefabricated structural member comprises at least one of a prefabricated rib structure, a prefabricated groove type plate, a prefabricated dense rib plate and a prefabricated cavity structure; the prefabricated structural parts are installed, and the prefabricated structural parts are tightly arranged or an interval exists between at least two prefabricated structural parts; and when gaps exist between the prefabricated structural parts, concrete is poured in the gaps, and side connecting parts are formed.
