The method comprises the steps of determining a reinforcement scheme and a to-be-reinforced area; the surface of the concrete column is pretreated, a to-be-reinforced area is positioned on the surface of the concrete column, and post-treatment is conducted on the to-be-reinforced area; preparing CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) cloth and high-temperature-resistant inorganic adhesive slurry required for pasting the CFRP cloth; wetting the to-be-reinforced area, and uniformly coating the prepared high-temperature-resistant inorganic adhesive cement on the to-be-reinforced area; wetting CFRP cloth, and pasting the wetted CFRP cloth on the high-temperature-resistant inorganic adhesive slurry; the surface of the pasted CFRP cloth is coated with the high-temperature-resistant inorganic adhesive slurry, so that the problem that traditional epoxy organic adhesives are not resistant to high temperature is solved, and the fire safety of a concrete column reinforcing system is improved. Meanwhile, a method for calculating the axial pressure bearing capacity of the concrete column reinforced by the CFRP cloth pasted with the high-temperature-resistant inorganic glue is provided, and a scientific basis is provided for performance evaluation of a CFRP reinforced concrete structure based on the high-temperature-resistant inorganic glue serving as an adhesive.
