The invention relates to an indoor movable coating shed capable of descending, stretching and retracting, which is used for ship coating and comprises a shed roof assembly and a shed body assembly, the shed top assembly covers the shed body assembly, and a coating space used for containing a ship is defined by the shed top assembly and the shed body assembly. The shed body assembly comprises a plurality of lifting stand columns, the tops of the lifting stand columns are connected to the shed top assembly, and the lifting stand columns are distributed on the first side and the second side, opposite to each other, of the shed top assembly at intervals. A telescopic part is arranged between every two adjacent lifting stand columns located on the same side. At least part of the lifting stand columns can move in the horizontal direction, and the shed roof assembly and the telescopic part can deform along with movement of at least part of the lifting stand columns so that the length of the coating space in the horizontal direction can be changed. The shed roof assembly and the telescopic part can deform along with lifting of the multiple lifting stand columns so as to change the height of the coating space in the vertical direction. The indoor movable coating shed capable of descending and stretching out and drawing back can adapt to more coating scenes, the coating time is saved, and the working efficiency of ship coating is improved.
