Surface corrosion method of pure silicon carbide ceramic
The invention provides a pure silicon carbide ceramic surface corrosion method, which comprises: 1) pure silicon carbide ceramic sintering: loading silicon carbide powder into a graphite mold, carrying out spark plasma sintering, and carrying out furnace cooling after sintering to obtain a sample; 2) silicon carbide ceramic surface treatment: grinding and polishing the silicon carbide ceramic sample by using a diamond sand disc, and then polishing the sample by using a polishing flannelette coated with diamond grinding paste until the surface of the sample is a mirror surface; 3) surface corrosion of the silicon carbide ceramic: placing the container filled with the Murakamide's reagent on a heating platform, heating to a set temperature, and keeping the temperature; putting the silicon carbide sample into a reagent for corrosion; after corrosion, firstly cleaning the sample with deionized water, then cleaning the sample with anhydrous alcohol, and drying the sample; or directly heating the sample and the corrosive agent together, preserving heat and corroding, cleaning the corroded sample with deionized water, cleaning with anhydrous alcohol, and drying. The method is simple and safe to operate and short in required time, and the corroded silicon carbide ceramic is obvious in grain and clear in grain boundary.
本发明提供一种纯碳化硅陶瓷的表面腐蚀方法,包括:1)纯碳化硅陶瓷烧结:将碳化硅粉装入石墨模具中,再进行放电等离子烧结,烧结后随炉冷却,得到样品;2)碳化硅陶瓷表面处理:用金刚石砂盘对碳化硅陶瓷样品进行磨抛,再使用涂覆金刚石研磨膏的抛光绒布抛光至样品表面呈镜面;3)碳化硅陶瓷表面腐蚀:将装有Murakami’s试剂的容器置于加热平台上加热至设定温度,保温;将碳化硅样品放入试剂中腐蚀;腐蚀后对样品先用去离子水清洗,再用无水酒精清洗后烘干;也可将样品与腐蚀剂直接放一起加热,保温腐蚀,腐蚀后对样品先用去离子水清洗,再用无水酒精清洗后烘干。本发明操作简单,安全,所需时间短,腐蚀出的碳化硅陶瓷晶粒明显,晶界清晰。
