The system comprises a data acquisition device, an Internet of Things platform, a service platform and a supervision platform which are connected with one another, wherein the data acquisition device comprises a Beidou positioning device and a dynamic and static roller sensor; the Beidou positioning equipment collects longitude and latitude information of the rolling machine; the dynamic and static rolling sensor collects rolling data; the Internet of Things platform stores and transmits latitude and longitude information and rolling data; the business platform performs information conversion based on an RTK technology and an inertial navigation algorithm to obtain construction information and construct a rolling image; and the supervision platform receives and displays the rolling image. Data acquisition equipment is arranged to acquire rolling data and transmit the rolling data to an internet-of-things platform for analysis and processing, digital twinning of the earthwork filling process is realized, and construction guidance can be provided for constructors and a clear, convenient and traceable supervision method is provided for supervisors by visually displaying each rolling image, so that the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. The construction quality is ensured.
