And finally, the suction pile is integrally overturned to be in an upright state. The turning-over speed is high and the process is easy to control; vertical welding and overhead welding are less, and flat welding is more, so that welding quality control of the suction pile is facilitated; by means of the manufacturing method, the risk of high-altitude operation can be reduced, the project progress is accelerated, and meanwhile the precision and strength of the welding process are improved.
