The invention discloses a pre-tensioning method prestressed reinforced concrete precast beam, which belongs to the technical field of precast beams, and comprises a beam body, a lower prestressed tendon, an upper prestressed tendon, a corrugated sleeve, a suspension positioning rod, a fastening mechanism, a supporting steel bar, a U-shaped steel bar, a supporting positioning mechanism and a pressing positioning mechanism, through mutual cooperation of the two corrugated sleeves, the supporting and positioning mechanism, the pressing and positioning mechanism and the fastening mechanism, the device is placed in a pouring area through a suspension supporting rod, so that penetrating holes of prestressed tendons are coaxially distributed with a supporting groove and a pressing groove correspondingly, and preliminary manufacturing of a steel reinforcement framework is formed; the operation difficulty of binding the supporting steel bars and the lower prestressed tendons and binding the U-shaped steel bars and the upper prestressed tendons is lowered, the manufacturing speed of the steel bar framework is effectively increased, and therefore the machining speed of the reinforced concrete precast beam is increased, full supporting and limiting treatment is formed when the prestressed tendons are arranged in a penetrating mode, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the bending phenomenon of the prestressed tendons during perforation is effectively avoided.
