The invention relates to the technical field of concrete. The invention discloses impermeable recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. The impermeable recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, recycled coarse aggregate, recycled fine aggregate, a mineral admixture, a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, stannous chloride, ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate, magnesium stearate intercalated hydrotalcite and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and stirring the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, stannous chloride, ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate and magnesium stearate intercalated hydrotalcite to prepare a premix; s2, mixing and stirring the recycled coarse aggregate, the recycled fine aggregate and the mineral admixture, adding the premix, and stirring to obtain a mixture; and S3, adding cement and water into the mixture, stirring, injecting into a mold for molding, curing, and demolding to obtain the anti-permeability recycled concrete. The impermeable recycled concrete prepared by the invention is good in impermeability and high in compressive strength.
