The invention relates to the field of ceramic materials, in particular to a zirconium oxide and silicon carbide whisker composite aluminum oxide ceramic substrate material and a preparation method thereof. The surface-modified ZrO2 and SiC whiskers with different lengths are introduced into the aluminum oxide ceramic material, and the whisker surface activation treatment is performed, so that the strength and toughness of the aluminum oxide substrate material can be remarkably improved under the condition that the surface roughness, tape casting performance, sintering deformation rate, sintering compactness and the like of the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate are not deteriorated; crack propagation is effectively inhibited, so that the reliability of alumina ceramics is improved.
本发明涉及陶瓷材料领域,具体涉及氧化锆、碳化硅晶须复合氧化铝陶瓷基板材料及制备方法;通过在氧化铝陶瓷材料中引入经表面改性的不同长度的ZrO2和SiC晶须,通过晶须表面活化处理,可以在不恶化氧化铝陶瓷基板表面粗糙度、流延成型性能、烧结变形率、烧结致密性等的情况下,显著提升氧化铝基板材料强度和韧性,有效抑制裂纹扩展,从而提高氧化铝陶瓷可靠性。
