The method comprises the following steps that S1, a temporary supporting mechanism is arranged on the side face of the support, and meanwhile, the upper end and the lower end of the temporary supporting mechanism are tightly attached to an upper component and a lower component correspondingly; s2, the stress state of the support is adjusted so that the support can be unloaded, and the temporary supporting mechanism bears the load of the upper component; s3, the to-be-replaced sliding body assembly in the support is taken out, and the to-be-replaced sliding body assembly is replaced with a new sliding body assembly; and S4, the stress state of the support is adjusted again so that the support can bear the load of the upper component, the temporary supporting mechanism is unloaded, and then the temporary supporting mechanism is dismantled. When the sliding body assembly is damaged, the sliding body assembly can be replaced without taking out the whole support, in-situ replacement is achieved, time and labor are saved, a bridge does not need to be closed to interrupt traffic in the replacement process, and the social influence is small.
本发明公开了一种可原位进行滑动体更换的支座及方法,包括以下步骤:S1:在支座侧面布置临时支撑机构,同时,临时支撑机构上端、下端分别密贴上部构件、下部构件;S2:调节支座受力状态使得支座卸载,临时支撑机构承受上部构件荷载;S3:取出支座内部待更换的滑动体组件,更换新的滑动体组件;S4:再次调节支座受力状态使得支座承受上部构件的荷载,临时支撑机构卸载,而后拆除临时支撑机构。本发明在滑动体组件损坏时,可以无需取出整个支座便能对滑动体组件进行更换,实现原位更换,省时省力,更换中无需封闭桥梁中断交通,社会影响较小。
