The invention discloses a high-speed magnetic levitation track beam prefabricated assembly type bridge deck system structure which comprises a module installation base plate, a module auxiliary supporting table, a sliding rail, a sensor laying support, a first connecting piece, a grouting sleeve, a second connecting piece and a third connecting piece. The module mounting base plates are sequentially fixed to the side wall of a track beam through first connecting pieces in the direction of the track beam and used for mounting a ground module, the module auxiliary supporting tables are sequentially arranged at the position, close to the side wall, of the bottom of the track beam in the direction of the track beam and used for supporting the ground module, and the sliding rail is arranged at the bottom of the track beam. The sensor laying support is fixed to the inner side wall of the sliding rail through the second connecting piece, grouting sleeves are embedded in the module auxiliary supporting table and the sliding rail and provided with grouting holes and grout outlet holes, and the third connecting piece is arranged in the track beam and matched with the grouting sleeves to achieve fixation of the module auxiliary supporting table, the sliding rail and the track beam.
