The invention discloses an anchorage device, relates to the field of anchoring of carbon fiber reinforced composites, and provides a variable-angle progressive multistage conical anchorage device applied to anchoring of a CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) rib, which is characterized in that the anchorage device comprises an anchor cylinder provided with a plurality of sections of conical cavity structures, and the CFRP rib is arranged in the anchor cylinder in a penetrating manner; the space between the outer side face of the CFRP rib and the inner wall of the anchor cylinder is filled with a bonding medium, and the two sides of the anchor cylinder are further provided with end plugs. The cone angles of the multiple sections of cone cavities are gradually increased from the loading end to the free end; the tail end of the free end of the anchorage device is provided with a straight section capable of relieving sudden pressure change at the end opening of the free end. The problem can be effectively solved through the method that the interior of the anchor cylinder is designed into a multi-stage cone with the variable angle and the equal maximum cone bottom thickness. Meanwhile, the volume of the inner cavity of the anchor cylinder is reduced, and the using amount of bonding media is saved.
本发明公开了一种锚具,涉及碳纤维增强复合材料的锚固领域,提供一种应用于CFRP筋锚固的变角度渐进多级锥型锚具,其特征在于:所述锚具包括设有多段锥体空腔结构的锚筒,所述锚筒内部穿设有CFRP筋,所述CFRP筋的外侧面与锚筒的内壁之间填充有粘结介质,所述锚筒的两侧还设有端堵;所述多段锥体空腔从加载端到自由端锥体角度逐渐增大;所述锚具在自由端的末端设有能够减缓自由端端口处压力突变的平直段。本发明通过将锚筒内部设计成变角度但等最大锥底厚度的多级锥体的方法可有效解决。同时,锚筒内腔体积减小,节省了粘结介质的用量。
