The bridge body is installed on the bridge pier stand column, the shell is fixedly installed outside the bridge pier stand column, and the sliding frame is slidably installed in the shell; the lifting assembly is installed on the lower portion of the bridge body and located at the top ends of the pier stand columns, the driving assembly is installed on the lifting assembly, the water spraying assembly is installed on the sliding frame, and the recycling assembly is installed on the lower portion of the sliding frame. The problems that the bridge pier is difficult to be in a stable and wet environment in the maintenance process, the difference value between the surface temperature and the internal temperature of concrete continues to be increased, drying of the concrete is accelerated, and a part of the area of the bridge pier is dry and cracked are solved.
本发明涉及桥墩维护技术领域,提出了一种桥墩维护用防护装置,包括桥墩立柱、桥身、外壳、滑移架、升降组件、驱动组件、喷水组件和回收组件,桥身安装在桥墩立柱上,桥墩立柱外部固定安装有外壳,滑移架滑动安装在外壳内部,升降组件安装在桥身下部,升降组件位于桥墩立柱顶端,驱动组件安装在升降组件上,喷水组件安装在滑移架上,回收组件安装在滑移架下部,通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的由于高原环境温度较低,并且比较干燥,难以在维护过程中使桥墩处于较为稳定的湿润的环境中,导致混凝土表面和内部温度的差值继续增大,从而加速混凝土的干燥,使桥墩的部分区域出现干燥和开裂的问题。
