The invention relates to a fin type automatic stretching seismic wave pore pressure static sounding test system and method. The test system comprises a rear end cylinder and a side wall sleeve which are sequentially connected from top to bottom and are internally through; the conical probe is connected with the lower end of the side wall sleeve; the pore pressure sensor is arranged at the joint of the side wall sleeve and the conical probe; the seismic wave exciter and the seismic wave receiver are mounted on the side wall of the rear end cylinder from top to bottom and can be unfolded or folded in a fin manner; the signal controller and the signal processor are installed in the rear end cylinder, the signal controller is connected with the seismic wave exciter, and the signal processor is connected with the seismic wave receiver; and the computer is respectively connected with the signal controller and the signal processor through coaxial cables. The field in-situ seismic wave data can be obtained, the method has the advantages of being efficient, rapid, easy to operate and the like, and a more convenient testing tool is provided for obtaining the field in-situ seismic wave data.
