The double-row steel sheet pile enclosure structure comprises a first steel sheet pile wall and a second steel sheet pile wall which are arranged in parallel, a first reinforcing device is arranged on the first steel sheet pile wall, a second reinforcing device is arranged on the second steel sheet pile wall, and a pull rod device is arranged between the first steel sheet pile wall and the second steel sheet pile wall. The first reinforcing device and the second reinforcing device are fixedly connected with the pull rod device to form the I-shaped double-row steel sheet pile enclosure structure, and the pull rod device comprises a pull rod and an adjusting assembly assembled with the pull rod. The pull rod device adjusts the axial force of the pull rod through an adjusting assembly so as to adjust the distance between the first steel sheet pile wall and the second steel sheet pile wall.
