Pre-embedded grouting pipe and shield tunnel karst cave treatment method under high-rise building under construction
The invention discloses an embedded grouting pipe and a treatment method for a karst cave of a shield tunnel below a high-rise building under construction. The problems that no ground construction condition exists in treatment of the karst cave of the shield tunnel below the high-rise building under construction prior to shield construction, the treatment range in the cave is limited, and the treatment quality is poor are solved. A pre-embedded grouting pipe is adopted for karst cave edge exploration and grouting filling construction, and the pre-embedded grouting pipe comprises a steel pipe, a top sealing structure, a middle waterproof structure, a bottom waterproof structure and bottom concrete filling in the steel pipe. The karst cave treatment method comprises the following steps that S1, a grouting pipe is pre-buried; s2, edge exploration of the karst cave; s3, grouting and filling the karst cave; s4, the grouting effect is detected; and S5, blocking the embedded hole and recovering the bottom plate of the main body structure. According to the scheme, ground construction conditions for shield tunnel karst cave treatment below the high-rise building under construction are provided, the karst cave reinforcement treatment quality is guaranteed, the shield construction risk is greatly reduced, and meanwhile the safety risk caused by construction operation to the adjacent high-rise building is reduced.
本发明公开了一种预埋注浆管及在建高层建筑下方盾构隧道溶洞处理方法,解决了先于盾构施工的在建高层建筑下方盾构隧道溶洞处理无地面施工条件以及洞内处理范围有限、处理质量不佳的问题。采用预埋注浆管进行溶洞探边勘探和注浆充填施工,预埋注浆管包括钢管、顶部封口结构、中部防水结构、底部防水结构和钢管内的底部混凝土填充。溶洞处理方法包括以下步骤:S1、预埋注浆管;S2、溶洞探边勘探;S3、注浆充填溶洞;S4、注浆效果检测;S5、预埋孔封堵和主体结构底板恢复。本方案提供了在建高层建筑下方盾构隧道溶洞处理的地面施工条件,保证了溶洞加固处理质量,极大降低了盾构施工风险,同时减小施工作业对邻近高层建筑造成安全风险。
