Multifunctional enclosure wall body and construction method thereof
According to the multifunctional enclosure wall and the construction method thereof, the problems that an existing external enclosure wall of a steel structure building is low in construction efficiency and poor in energy-saving and heat-preserving performance are solved. The structure comprises an enclosure wallboard and two inclined supporting rods which are vertically arranged in a crossed mode in the diagonal direction of the enclosure wallboard, the enclosure wallboard is composed of a heat preservation layer, a first concrete plate and a second concrete plate, the first concrete plate and the second concrete plate are located on the two sides of the heat preservation layer, each inclined supporting rod comprises an inclined supporting energy dissipation rod piece and two steel pipe columns connected to the two sides of the inclined supporting energy dissipation rod piece, and the two steel pipe columns are detachably connected to the enclosure wallboard. The ends of the two steel pipe columns are detachably connected to the steel frame structure. The method comprises the steps that firstly, the enclosure wall plate is prefabricated, the two vertically-arranged inclined supporting rods are placed on the top of the second concrete plate, and the fastening bolts penetrate through long-strip-shaped holes of the inclined supporting rod connectors and are in threaded connection with the connecting pipes of the bolt connecting bases, so that the two inclined supporting rods are detachably connected to the enclosure wall plate to be assembled into the multifunctional enclosure wall body; and the lug plates of the inclined supporting rods are detachably connected to the node connecting plates.
本发明的一种多功能围护墙体及其施工方法,针对现有钢结构建筑的外围护墙体施工效率低、节能保温性能差的问题。它包括围护墙板,沿其对角线方向垂直交叉设置的两个斜撑杆,围护墙板由保温层,位于其两侧的混凝土板一、混凝土板二组成,斜撑杆包括斜撑耗能杆件,及连接于其两侧的两根钢管柱,两根钢管柱可拆卸式连接于围护墙板,两根钢管柱端部可拆卸式连接于钢框架结构。方法:先预制围护墙板,将两个垂直设置的斜撑杆放置于混凝土板二顶部,紧固螺栓穿过斜撑杆连接器的长条孔并螺纹连接于螺栓连接底座的连接管,使得两个斜撑杆可拆卸式连接于围护墙板组装成多功能围护墙体,将斜撑杆的耳板可拆卸式连接于节点连接板。
