The invention discloses a paint spraying robot spraying method which comprises the following steps: providing a spraying robot to carry out multi-channel single-row spraying on a to-be-sprayed wall surface from left to right until the first time of spraying is completed, and enabling two adjacent channels of sprayed paint to be mutually overlapped according to a designed overlapping length; the spraying method is repeated, second-time spraying is carried out on the basis of first-time spraying, and the spraying starting point of the second-time spraying is made to deviate rightwards by the first design deviation amount compared with the first-time spraying; the spraying method is repeated during subsequent spraying, the spraying starting points of odd-number spraying are restored to the spraying starting point position of first-time spraying, the spraying starting points of even-number spraying deviate rightwards by the first design deviation amount compared with the first-time spraying, and the coating is more uniform through the spraying method.
