A construction method of an assembly type dome comprises the following steps that S1, three-dimensional analogue simulation calculation software is adopted for conducting simulation analysis on the whole construction process, and a construction technology is formulated; s2, deepening modeling is carried out in a Rhino modeling mode, position information of the key points is extracted at the same time, and the position information comprises coordinates of the key points and an angle between the upper and lower adjacent key points; s3, the assembly type dome is installed in a unit type and sectional type installation combined mode and sequentially comprises beam column installation, arch shell installation, flat shell installation and jig frame removal, and all components are segmented according to a deepening drawing before machining and numbered; and S4, beam column installation is carried out in the mode that corresponding components are assembled according to sections in a factory, hoisted on site and then assembled, the high-altitude hoisting and assembling efficiency is achieved, and the construction risk is reduced.
一种装配式穹顶的施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、采用三维仿真模拟计算软件进行施工全过程模拟分析并制定施工工艺;S2、采用Rhino建模的方式进行深化建模,同时提取关键点的位置信息,所述位置信息包括关键点的坐标、上下相邻所述关键点之间的角度;S3、装配式穹顶采用单元式及分段式安装相结合的方式进行安装,依次包括束柱安装、拱壳安装、平壳安装以及胎架拆除,各构件在加工前按照深化图纸进行分段,并进行编号;S4、束柱安装采用将对应构件工厂按段拼装,现场吊装后组装的方式进行,实现了高空吊装拼装的效率,降低了施工风险。
