本发明涉及一种用于熔炼铁基合金的熔炼坩埚的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1,安装线圈;S2,坩埚打结:将线圈支撑底板嵌入线圈底部,在线圈内壁置入防护层;加入炉衬干振料进行捣打,捣打至预定高度后放入铁模,所述铁模与中频熔炼炉的线圈同轴,继续加入炉衬干振料,打结坩埚侧壁,所述坩埚侧壁和坩埚底的交界转角处为倒角结构;S3,坩埚烘烤烧结:以均速的升温速率将炉料加热到1000‑1100℃;保温结束后继续均速升温至1620‑1660℃进行铁料熔化,并保温,对坩埚内表层进行烧结;保温结束后去除金属液内的杂质,并合炉抽真空。本发明提供的熔炼坩埚的制备方法,能够确保高强度烧结层的形成,提升坩埚致密度,还能够降低干振料的混入,提升合金溶液的纯净度。
