The invention provides a bare concrete defect detection method and system adopting machine vision, and relates to the technical field of image processing, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the defect feature recognition of a collected final setting period image of a first pouring unit, and obtaining a process defect feature set; performing directional optimization of the initial construction configuration according to the process defect feature set to obtain a first construction configuration; the concrete construction equipment is operated through the first construction configuration to conduct pouring construction on the second pouring unit; and then, construction configuration updating and pouring construction are conducted on the remaining pouring units in combination with bare concrete defect detection. The technical problem that construction control precision is low due to the fact that construction control adjustment cannot be conducted according to surface defects of bare concrete in the prior art is solved. The technical effects that the construction defects are gradually reduced, the construction quality and stability of the bare concrete are effectively improved, and the construction effect and the construction control precision are remarkably improved are achieved.
