The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic microspheres, and particularly relates to a ceramic microsphere with an amino silane coupling agent fixed on the surface and a preparation method of the ceramic microsphere. Comprising the following components: calcined kaolin, spherical granular amorphous silicon powder, deionized water, a dispersing agent and a binder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding calcined kaolin, spherical granular amorphous silicon powder and deionized water into a ball mill, carrying out ball-milling mixing, adding a dispersant, carrying out ball-milling mixing, adding a binder, and carrying out ball-milling mixing to obtain slurry; carrying out spray drying, microsphere sintering, surface modification, alcoholysis reaction, addition reaction and ammonolysis reaction on the slurry through a centrifugal spray dryer. According to the invention, the ceramic material can be effectively helped to be uniformly and stably dispersed in an organic system; and the ceramic microspheres can be effectively combined with organic matters and inorganic matters in the material, so that the ceramic microspheres can effectively form a whole with other materials.
