The invention discloses modified emulsified asphalt for preventive maintenance of an asphalt pavement. The modified emulsified asphalt is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60 to 70 parts of modified asphalt, 2.5 to 3.5 parts of hexadecanol polyoxyethylene ether dimethyl octyl ammonium chloride, 0.02 to 0.05 part of lignosulfonate and 0.03 to 0.05 part of polyethyleneimine, the invention also discloses a preparation method and application of the modified emulsified asphalt. According to the invention, the modified asphalt with excellent high-low temperature and adhesive properties is prepared, and the emulsification of the modified asphalt is realized through the synergistic emulsification effect of the compound cationic emulsifier; the modified emulsified asphalt is excellent in high and low temperature performance and has relatively strong adhesive force to an asphalt base surface. Meanwhile, the material is quickly dried at room temperature, and the interlayer bonding strength and low-temperature crack resistance of a wearing layer can be remarkably improved when the material is used as the wearing layer material for preventing and maintaining the asphalt pavement; furthermore, the rapid prevention and maintenance of the asphalt pavement can be realized through a process of'synchronous layer construction + consolidation layer construction ', and the application prospect is good.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面预防养护的改性乳化沥青,以重量份计包括如下组分:改性沥青60~70份,十六醇聚氧乙烯醚二甲基辛烷基氯化铵2.5~3.5份,木质素磺酸盐0.02~0.05份,聚乙烯亚胺0.03~0.05份;本发明还公开了该改性乳化沥青的制备方法和应用。本发明中通过制备具有优异高低温和粘结性能的改性沥青,再通过复配阳离子乳化剂的协同乳化作用实现改性沥青的乳化;该改性乳化沥青高低温性能优异且对沥青基面具有较强的附着力。同时,材料在室温下干燥快,将其用作沥青路面预防养护的磨耗层材料,可显著提升磨耗层的层间黏结强度、低温抗裂性能;进一步通过“同步层施工+固结层施工”的工艺可实现沥青路面的快速预防养护,应用前景良好。
