The invention belongs to the technical field of prestress construction equipment, and particularly discloses a whole bundle penetrating robot which comprises a main machine frame, a disc storage system, a relay conveying device, a bundle forming device, a moving platform and a whole bundle penetrating system, and the disc storage system, the relay conveying device, the bundle forming device and the moving platform are arranged on the main machine frame. The robot can measure and cut steel strands on a steel strand coil, and the whole bundle of steel strands with the required number is stored to a spiral strand storage slide way path of the disc storage system. After the steel strands are bundled through the bundling device, the whole bundle of steel strands which are gathered through the whole bundle penetrating system is pushed in a circulating mode to penetrate into a hole channel of a precast beam, the automation degree of the mode is high, and the whole bundle penetrating efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the site is saved, and it can be guaranteed that the length of each steel strand is the preset length. And the external length of the steel strand is ensured to be within a controllable range, so that the leakage amount of the steel strand is small.
