The silt-resistant disaster-prevention high-pile wharf structure comprises a concrete pile (1), a prefabricated concrete beam (2) and a steel pipe pile cap (3), the top of the concrete pile (1) is sleeved with the steel pipe pile cap (3), the prefabricated concrete beam (2) is placed on the top of the steel pipe pile cap (3), and the steel pipe pile cap (3) comprises a steel pipe pile cap lower steel pipe (31) and a steel pipe pile cap upper supporting plate (32). The steel pipe pile cap lower steel pipe (31) and the steel pipe pile cap upper supporting plate (32) are welded together; and a plurality of steel plate energy dissipaters (4) are arranged between the steel pipe pile cap lower steel pipe (31) and the steel pipe pile cap upper supporting plate (32). According to the anti-siltation disaster-prevention high-pile wharf structure, the wharf can achieve siltation load prevention, seismic resistance and structural function recoverability, loss caused by back siltation or earthquakes is reduced, the recovery speed of strong siltation or earthquakes is increased, meanwhile, the good progressive collapse prevention performance is achieved, and therefore the economical efficiency and safety of the high-pile wharf structure are greatly improved.
