A grouting pipe is pre-buried in the prefabricated reinforced concrete pile; the grouting pipe comprises a grouting main pipe and a grouting branch pipe; the grouting main pipe extends to the head part of the prefabricated reinforced concrete pile from the tail part of the prefabricated reinforced concrete pile; the plurality of grouting branch pipes are pre-buried at the head part of the prefabricated reinforced concrete pile, and the plurality of grouting branch pipes are communicated with the grouting main pipe and diverge all around; a one-way check valve is arranged between the grouting main pipe and the grouting branch pipe; the overall cost of the prefabricated reinforced concrete pile is low, and compared with a traditional steel pile for grouting, the cost can be reduced by more than 50%. The grouted pile tip is made of solid reinforced concrete and is not prone to deformation, high in bearing capacity and resistant to corrosion. The post-grouting is realized by pre-burying the grouting pipe in the pile, so that the bearing capacity of the single pile is greatly improved, the grouting difficulty is greatly reduced, and the field workload is reduced.
本发明提出一种后注浆的预制钢筋混凝土桩,预制钢筋混凝土桩内部预埋有注浆管;注浆管包括注浆主管和注浆支管,注浆主管自预制钢筋混凝土桩的尾部延伸至预制钢筋混凝土桩的首部;多根注浆支管预埋于预制钢筋混凝土桩的首部,多根注浆支管联通注浆主管且向四周发散;注浆主管与注浆支管之间设有单向止回阀;本实用的预制钢筋混凝土桩的整体成本低廉,相较于传统灌浆用的钢制桩,可降低成本50%以上。灌浆后的桩尖为实心的钢筋混凝土,不易变形,承载力高,且耐腐蚀。通过再桩内预埋注浆管,实现后注浆,大幅度提高单桩承载力,同时大大降低了灌浆难度,减少现场工作量。
