The invention provides a deep foundation pit fat groove backfilling tool and a using method. The deep foundation pit fat groove backfilling tool comprises a mounting frame assembly, a moving plate, a gap adjusting mechanism and a vibrating mechanism. The multiple mounting frame assemblies are spliced to form a bearing structure, and the bearing structure is used for placing a conveying pipeline; the moving plate and the gap adjusting mechanism are both arranged on the mounting frame assembly, and the moving plate is used for being connected with the gap adjusting mechanism and the vibrating mechanism; the gap adjusting mechanism comprises a shear type telescopic frame movably hung on the mounting frame assembly and a driving device assembly fixedly arranged on the moving plate at the most side end, and the lower end of the shear type telescopic frame is connected with the moving plates. Through starting of the driving device assemblies, the corresponding rear vertical rods can be driven to rotate, the shear type telescopic frames stretch to adjust the positions of the corresponding moving plates, and when the moving plates are adjusted, the distance between every two adjacent vibrating assemblies can be adjusted, so that the vibrating range of the vibrating assemblies is adjusted, and the vibrating effect is improved.
