The ecological restoration system comprises a snow melting assembly, the snow melting assembly comprises heating constant-temperature nets, a plurality of iron chains and fixing pieces, the heating constant-temperature nets are used for melting accumulated snow, at least two layers of heating constant-temperature nets are laid, and the iron chains are transversely arranged between every two adjacent layers of heating constant-temperature nets; a power supply device; the collecting assembly is used for collecting rainwater generated after the snow melting assembly melts the snow, and the collected rainwater is used for the side slope; the invention further provides a novel base material which comprises special foam particles, cotton old clothes fibers, bacillus subtilis, an adhesive and tailings, the problems of heat preservation and water retention in high and cold arid regions are solved, and vegetation growth is remarkably promoted. A set of sustainable ecological restoration system is constructed by innovatively combining the heating constant-temperature net, the rain, the collecting assembly, the power equipment and the novel ecological base material, and multiple challenges of ecological restoration and reinforcement of the high and steep slopes in the alpine and arid regions are successfully overcome.
