Hydraulic control system and control method for wheel excavator
The hydraulic control system comprises a control module, an energy accumulator, a power module, a display module and a detection module, and the control module is connected to a pilot oil source of the excavator through a control oil way; the energy accumulator is connected to the control module and used for controlling the hydraulic oil charging and discharging process of the energy accumulator, so that braking energy is recycled when the excavator brakes, and the braking energy is released when the excavator accelerates again. One end of the power module is mechanically connected to a gearbox of the excavator, the other end of the power module is connected to a main control valve of the excavator through a pipeline, the power module and an output oil way of the main control valve form a closed loop, and the power module is connected with the control module through a pipeline. The display module is integrally arranged on a display screen in a cab of the excavator and used for displaying the liquid filling pressure of the control module in real time and monitoring the liquid filling and discharging process in real time; and the detection module is connected with the control module, the power module, an accelerator pedal of the excavator and brake equipment of the excavator and is used for detecting all pressures.
