A large-circle eccentric sleeve small-circle eccentric connector is designed at the position connected with a reserved sewage discharge main pipe of a building, the maximum water level difference is achieved between water flow discharged from the tail end of the eccentric connector and water flow in a negative pressure area, and therefore the fastest and best negative pressure siphon effect is achieved at a sewage discharge inlet. The problems that an existing squatting pan is not enough in installation height, small in water storage surface at the bottom of the pan, large in flushing noise, large in water consumption and difficult in floating object replacement are thoroughly solved.
