A prestressed tendon hole channel is reserved in the node area of the prefabricated column. An upper steel bar hole channel and a lower steel bar hole channel are pre-buried in the node area of the prefabricated column. The prefabricated assembly segmental beams are single-span prefabricated prestressed concrete beam segmental beams. The device is arranged at the beam bottom in the beam span, and generation and development of cracks in the beam span can be effectively controlled. A prestressed tendon bonding section with a certain length is arranged at the midspan position so as to prevent the steel strand from being integrally softened and losing efficacy in a fire disaster, and it can also be guaranteed that the beam midspan control section still has a certain bearing capacity once the prestressed tendon anchoring failure occurs at the beam end.
